Resort Rules & Policies

It is our goal at Riverbrook RV Resort to provide a quality and enjoyable camping experience for all of our guests. To reach this goal we ask each of our camping families to review, understand and follow the following rules & guidelines:

1. CAMPSITE FEE: Campsite fee includes 2 adults and their unmarried children up to the age of 18. All others must pay visitors fees. Only one family per site. Only one camping unit per site. No other structures are allowed unless purchased from NH Coach & Camper. All new camping units must be purchased from NH Coach & Camper.

2. SPEED LIMIT: Speed limit is 5 M.P.H. in the entire park. This includes golf carts and bicycles. If you are driving faster than you can walk…you are going too fast.

3. QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are established from 11 pm to 7 am. All children under the age of 18 are requested to be on their sites by 10:30 pm unless accompanied by an adult.

4. PETS: We understand that many times a pet is a very important family member. Riverbrook welcomes pets with the following guidelines:

• A. Only 2 pets per site without prior approval. Pets must be on a leash at all time and do not leave pets unattended in your RV, car or on your site as to disturb others while you are away. Barking dogs will be asked to leave the park. Pets displaying any aggressive behavior will be removed from the resort immediately.
  
  
• B. Please use non-resort areas, preferably the perimeter wooded areas and railroad tracks for walking your pets. Please clean up after your pets. If you do not have a bag, we will provide one for you. Please accompany small children who are walking your pets.
  
  
• C. Pets (other than service animals) are not allowed in any building, in the pool area or on the beach. You may take your pet swimming in the brook only.
  
  

5. FIRES: Fires are permitted in designated fireplaces only. Please do not move designated fireplaces. Fires should not be more than 2’ high and should never be left unattended. If you need to leave your site for any reason, please be sure your fire is completely extinguished. Fires are only allowed between 7 am and 12:00 Midnight per our fire permit. Resort management will not tolerate any abuse of these regulations, as our fire permit is contingent on adhering to them.

6. BIKE RIDING: Due to safety concerns riding bikes after dusk is not permitted. (Dusk is ½ hour after sunset). Park bicycles in designated areas only, not in walkways or doorways. Bikes are not allowed on the porch, ramp or in the pool area. Management will remove a bicycle from any guest who continues to disobey these rules. Wearing a bike helmet is recommended.

7. ALCOHOL: NH’s drinking age is 21. Underage drinking, use of drugs, or excessive use of alcoholic beverages will result in immediate removal by local authorities. Open displays of drunk and obnoxious behavior are not permitted.

8. GLASS CONTAINERS: Glass containers are not permitted on the beach or in the pool area. Please dispose of glass properly, not in fireplaces.

9. PROFANITY: Profanity will not be tolerated. Repeat offenders will be asked to leave.

10. TREES & SHRUBS: Cutting trees and shrubs is prohibited.

11. PRIVACY: Please do not cut through other campers’ sites on foot, on a bicycle, with a golf cart or by any other means.

12. SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted in any building or at the pool or beach.

13. PYROTECHNICS: Fireworks/Firecrackers, sparklers or any other pyrotechnical devices are not permitted at any time.

14. VEHICLES: Only 2 vehicles are allowed per site. All others must be parked in designated areas. All vehicles must clearly display a seasonal sticker or car pass on the rear view mirror. ATV’s, dirt bikes or similar means of transportation are not permitted to be driven or ridden in the park. Motorcycles, scooters and mopeds are to be used when entering and exiting the park only. No means of transportation may be operated at night without lights.

15. GOLF CARTS: Only one golf cart is permitted per site. All golf carts must be registered with the campground and must have a working headlight and taillight. A valid certificate of insurance must be provided before operation. Golf carts may be operated by licensed drivers only. Management reserves the right to ban the use of any golf cart by any camper failing to abide by these rules.

16. WASHING VEHICLES: Washing of vehicles is not allowed.

17. VISITORS: All visitors must register with the office upon their arrival and pay the appropriate fee. Visitors may not bring boats (including canoes/kayaks), golf carts or pets.

18. SNOWMOBILES: Snowmobiles are to be used on marked trails only and are not permitted to ride through the park.

19. BEACH and/or POOL RULES:

• A. Swimming at the beach area is not allowed after dusk.
  
  
• B. There are no lifeguards on duty at any time. Swimming is at your own risk.
  
  
• C. Pets are not allowed on the beach or in the pool area. Please swim your pets in the brook only.
  
  
• D. Running, jumping and diving is not allowed at the pool area. It will result in immediate removal from the pool area.
  
  
• E. Glass containers are not permitted.
  
  
• F. An adult must accompany children under the age of 14 at all times while in the pool area or on the beach.
  
  
• G. Swim diapers are required for children who are not toilet trained.
  
  
• H. Access to the river is limited to the beach only by NH Fish & Game. Please help us preserve the riverbanks and associated wildlife. Canoes/Kayaks may only be stored at the designated racks or on your site, not at the beach or riverbank.
  
  

ALL RULES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. Riverbrook RV Resort, LLC is not responsible for any theft, loss by fire or accident. Any personal property, whether on your site or within the park, are stored at your own risk. Use of any of the facilities is strictly at your own risk. Parents will be held responsible and pay for any damages to property, facilities etc. caused by themselves or their children.
